Tagliatelle with crab meat

This morning I am going to give you the recipe for crabmeat noodles that my mom prepared last Sunday. Crab meat is a bit expensive, but it has a delicate aroma and flavor that makes these tagliatelle really good.   • 500 gr of fresh tagliatelle
  • 100 gr of crab meat
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 200 ml of cream
  • 1/2 glass of white wine
  • 2 tomatoes
  • oil
  • salt
  • pepper

How to make Tagliatelle with crab meat

Method:

In a large non-stick pan, sauté a clove of garlic. Add the crab meat.

Deglaze with white wine, salt, pepper and add a diced cherry tomato
Now add the cream, stir and turn off the heat

Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of salted water, drain them al dente and sauté them in a pan with the crabmeat sauce

Serve the crabmeat noodles with a sprinkling of pepper
