Nutella semifreddo is a surprisingly easy and quick dessert to make, but also very good and above all delicious. You can prepare it with the classic cream spread in a jar, or even with the homemade one for a more genuine version. If you want to amaze your guests with a fresh dessert, perfect for a summer evening, this is the recipe for you! For the Nutella semifreddo you basically need whipping cream and nutella, so no eggs or cooking. The waiting times are also not very long, so you just have to prepare this cold dessert and thus delight your guests!

  • Doses for 1 24×10 cm mold:
  • for the semifreddo
  • 400 gr of cream for desserts
  • 350 gr of nutella
  • 100 gr of Saiwa Gold
  • to decorate
  • Nutella
  • bitter cocoa
  • chopped hazelnuts
(100 ml = 3.4 fluid oz. – 100 grams = 3.5 ounces – 1 liter = 34 fluid oz. – 1 kilogram = 2.205 pounds – 100C° 212F° – 180C° 356F°)
  • preparation: 20 min
  • total: 20 min + 2 hours in the freezer

Method

How to make nutella semifreddo

First, whip the cream, very cold in the fridge.
Add 2/3 of Nutella and mix gently with a spatula, from the bottom upwards, so as not to disassemble the cream.

Cover the mold with plastic wrap, then pour half of the cream mixture into it and level it well.
Create a layer of biscuits, add the remaining nutella, then the second layer of cream and finish with a second layer of biscuits.
Leave to rest in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

Spend at least 2 hours, pick up the semifreddo, turn it upside down on a serving plate, remove the cling film and proceed with the decoration.

The Nutella semifreddo is ready, keep it in the freezer, putting it in the fridge for half an hour before serving it.
