Spinaches are chicken and spinach cutlets so loved by adults and incredibly also by children. This is my personal spinacine recipe which, homemade, have all the taste and flavor of genuine food. The hubby (hostile, as you well know with spinach) liked very much and I can only be happy with the result: P If you use fresh ingredients, after breading, you can freeze your cutlets so that you have a supply in the freezer.   • Ingredients for 6 spinach:
  • 500 gr of chicken breast
  • 200 gr of spinach
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 gr of parmesan
  • salt
  • nutmeg
  • bread crumbs
  • seed oil
(100 ml = 3.4 fluid oz. – 100 grams = 3.5 ounces – 1 liter = 34 fluid oz. – 1 kilogram = 2.205 pounds – 100C° 212F° – 180C° 356F°)
  • preparation: 20 min
  • cooking: 10 min
  • total: 30 min

Method

How to make Spinacine

Wash the pinaci and steam them for 5 minutes

Then blend them in a mixer

cut the chicken breast into pieces, then also chop in a mixer

Put the minced chicken and spinach, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, nutmeg and an egg in a large bowl.

Mix the mixture until it is homogeneous. (if it is too soft, add 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs)

Take some dough and mash it until it forms spinacina.

Pass the spinach first in the beaten egg and then in the breadcrumbs

Then put the spinecine thus obtained in the fridge for half an hour.

Cook the chicken spinach in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil for about 5 minutes per side. Alternatively, you can bake them in the oven at 200 ° for about twenty minutes.

Serve the spinach in the dishes with a side dish of your choice.
